Who we are

VIOMA Health LLC ("we," "us") is a pre-launch medical device company. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit viomahealth.com and how we use it.

What we collect

If you submit the email signup form, we collect the email address you provide. We also collect standard, privacy-friendly analytics about site visits: page views, the page that referred you, and your approximate country-level location. We do not use cookies for tracking and we do not build advertising profiles.

How we use it

We use your email address to send you launch notifications and other updates about VIOMA Health. We use the analytics data to understand how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

We use two service providers ("subprocessors") to operate this site:

• Formspree — receives and stores email signups submitted through the form.
• Vercel — hosts the site and provides the analytics described above.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone else.

Deleting your data

To delete your email or any other information we hold about you, email hello@viomahealth.com. We will confirm deletion within a reasonable time.

Jurisdiction

VIOMA Health LLC is organized under the laws of the State of California, United States. This policy is governed by California law.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be reflected in plain English.
